Beau Smith
To Beau, guiding is in his blood. He is a 3rd generation southwest Washington guide.
Starting with his Grandfather Corky Smith, now a member of the Freshwater fishing hall of fame, to his dad Bob Smith who carried on the tradition and now Beau. His mentors instilled their love and respect for fish to Beau. Beau has been guiding for over 10 years, from all over Washington to Togiak, Alaska. He is a leading edge angler who is always experimenting with new techniques in order to educate and provide an edge for his clients. If you are looking for someone to have a great time on the water with, learn something new and catch some fish, Beau is the guy!

Beau is a third generation guide and was super knowledgeable, and a good teacher. Best of all, he’s always thinking outside the box, and has a deep understanding of the fish, which makes the difference in getting bit or not. We passed at least a dozen other boats today and we got more bites than anyone. Highly recommend taking a trip with him if you get the chance.
I had an absolute blast today. Very knowledgeable gentleman and he will get you on the fish if they're there. I highly recommend this guy.

My 7 year old daughter and I had our first ever guided trip with Beau. It was an amazing experience. My daughter was asking when we could go again before we even got off the boat. It was rainy and cold, but that was easy to forget about! He was so patient with my over excited daughter and taught us so much! We will definitely be booking another trip with Leadhead Guide Service!
