Sturgeon

If you want to catch a dinosaur, this is the fishery for you.

We have a program for catch and release on Columbia and tributaries that average 20 fish per trip.

 

White sturgeon can grow to more than 10 feet in length and weigh hundreds of pounds. They are also long-lived; some animals live to be 100 years or older. Sturgeon fishing can be challenging but a lot of fun!
